Cancellation Policy
We require a 48hr cancellation/rescheduling notice for all appointments.
BROWS POLICY: All permanent makeup services require a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will go towards your appointment and a card on file to book an appointment. If you cancel/reschedule under the 48hr time period you forfeit your deposit from going towards your appointment, and another $100 deposit will be required to reschedule. All day of cancellations will be automatically charged 50% of your service, and will require another $100 nonrefundable deposit to reschedule.
TATTOO POLICY: All tattoos require a $50 nonrefundable deposit that will go towards your tattoo. If you cancel under the 48hr time period you forfeit the $50 deposit from going towards your tattoo, and another $50 deposit will be required to reschedule. All day of cancellations will be charged the remainder of the shop minimum ($100) to be able to reschedule. If your tattoo is scheduled for 3 hours or longer these prices may change.
FACIALS: All facials require a card on file to book. If you cancel/reschedule under the 48hr time period, a $50 deposit & card on file will be required to reschedule. All day of cancellations/no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked.
ALL 2nd NO SHOWS (FOR ANY SERVICE) WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE.
